Refund policy
Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of payment if the bot has not executed any trades. After the first trade executes, or after 14 days (whichever comes first), the subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the annual period.
If you cancel before the 12 months are up, your bot stops at the end of the current cycle — we do not issue partial-year refunds. Full policy at /refund.

Is the annual plan the same strategy as monthly?+
